Just saw that the iPhone 4s and ipad 2 have been jailbroken. Will this possibly mean that the ipod nano 6g will get some love from Linux
Hopefully it gets support soon :-(

I am having the same problem. Something defintely changed when upgrading to 10.10. 10.04 everything was fine and I could select my HP camera as my mic.
Now all I can select is PULSE AUDIO :-(
This comment is exactly right. I have compiz fusion and by using the above website that tells you the change binding keys and crap....it screws up other special effects that I want to keep such as...
The part that did not work for me was the sudo cp rtl8192swf.bin /lib/firmware part....
What I did to fix the problem.
I ran sudo nautilus
Went to the newly created folder under...
sudo ./AdobeAirInstaller.bin
Just letting you know that the above code is wrong.
It should be sudo ./AdobeAIRInstaller.bin
Just need to have the AIR in CAPS!
I too have been having this problem when trying to print certain .pdf files. It is kind of a pain in the ***, and I hope there is a fix soon. I will try the fix by changing the drivers. Hopefully...
