    my network adapter is being recognized by lsusb, has linux drivers by lshw -C network. it show the available networks and when i click on mine, it will spin and spin and then never work

    both commands gave no output,
    not sure if the rtx refers to the gpu, because were trying to figure out the problem on the hp, not my asus laptop that had previous issues before
