  5. Re: Full screen Flash on amd64 not working properly

Thanks for the link. I had tried that link initially when I installed Flash, but it didn't work. I followed this how-to which worked absolutely fine, except demand.five.tv full screen. That is the...
  6. Re: Full screen Flash on amd64 not working properly

I'm having a similar issue and wondered if anybody has got a solution, or how I can report it back to Adobe? It definitely seems to be a flash issue. I have only got this problem with the...

  8. [all variants] Re: Best app to backup my system and not having problems with the new hardware

It depends on what you want to do. cp and rsync only backup data. Clonezilla creates a image of your partition, which you can then restore. I don't know anything about partimage.

    The main thing...

[ubuntu] Re: Problems getting Syntek Webcam to work

Just for completeness, I didn't manage to compile the 2.0 module by editing the stk11xx-v4l.c file as HAG1976 suggested. Not sure why! The syntax wasn't the same as was he had.

    However, I did...

  15. [all variants] Re: Closing the terminal, but keep started programs running?

    Hope that helps!

    [ubuntu] [Solved] apt-get download only

    Hello all,

When I use the apt-get -d option, where does it download the files to? I'm interested in downloading the files and then installing them offline.
