ubuntu 10.04 youtube videos problem

i have problem in chromium and firefox,the videos on youtube wont reproduct well,it is very laggy.I have instaled adobe flash player 10.Does someone know how to make youtube videos more fluid and watch frendly?

Try to upgrade to the latest version of flash player 10.1 and see if that helps. If not, uninstall flash player completely and reinstall.

I was having some skipping and sync issues with the latest release of Firefox and Lucid. Never had any problems prior, however, I tried the latest Chrome and it seems to have cured it for now. So if all else fails try Chrome. I really like Firefox but there seems to be some issues right now. I have a slow machine as well so this may help it to break on my end.

Reinstalled and not working.In system monitor my processor work almost always at 100%
I have ubuntu and xp,and on xp my computer work normal.
