Request package update (liquidctl) AIO controll software.

Hello friends. What is the proper process to request Ubuntu update a package in their repos? Ubuntu 22 currently provides liquidctl v1.5.1, however, this is significantly behind the current version (v1.10.0), which supports many more AIO cooler hardware.

Not sure it'll be update-able for the current stable releases, but you can read through how the updating process works in Ubuntu here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates

File a bug at launchpad.net and give it a upgrade-software-version tag.
